Wine-Specific Conditions
Legal Requirements
You must be 21 years of age or older, to order or receive alcoholic beverages from Langman Estate Winery. Receipt of shipments containing alcoholic beverages requires the signature of a sober adult (a person 21 years of age or older who is not intoxicated). Wines purchased from Langman Estate Winery are not for resale, and are for personal consumption only.
Credit Card Charges
Orders are by credit card only. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
Minimum Purchase
No minimum purchase is required. Note! Please remember that your savings off retail and shipping begin with purchases of 3 bottles or more of our Langman Estate Winery Wines and your savings are even greater when you become a Langman Estate Winery Ambassador by joining one of our Wine Clubs!
States Authorized for Direct Shipment
Due to the ever-changing nature of wine shipping laws, we may be able to ship wines, directly or indirectly, to many states except: Utah, Kentucky, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas and Deleware. Check our shipping section for the latest updates and costs that relate to your state. We continue to add more states to our portfolio on a monthly basis. Don't see your state? Send us an email and we will try our best to move your state up the list! support@langmanwinery.com.
Shipping Costs
UPS is Langman Estate Winery's carrier of choice. Ground shipping is provided by UPS at current market rates. Note! Everyone saves money on shipping on 3 bottles or more! Larger Purchases and Wine Club Purchases save you even more on the Retail Prices AND the Shipping! Down to $1 Ground Shipping per Case! (Why the $1? There are some state laws out there that require some kind of charge.) *Note – If the customer selects 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select to expidite their order, the customer pays all shipping charges, regardless of his or her wine club membership or purchase amount. These are expensive. Contact us first if you have an urgent need. support@langmanwinery.com
Wine is a Delicate Commodity
Wine is a perishable commodity. Wine does not like extremes of temperature: hot humid summer and cold winter weather may adversely affect the condition of your wine during shipment. Langman Estate is not responsible for, and will not replace wine that is damaged by extreme weather conditions during shipment. We will hold orders during extreme heat or cold weather, and we do recommend that you purchase an upgrade to cold packs with your shipping during very hot weather. Please remember that an adult signature is required upon delivery, so receiving your wines on the "first try" by the common carrier will reduce the time your wine spends in transit. When your wine order is picked up by the common carrier for delivery, responsibility for the wine becomes the responsibility of the purchaser.
